Outdoor Lighting

Outdoor Lighting for a well-planned outdoor environment

Outdoor Lighting should put the right light where it is needed without creating unnecessary glare. Start by thinking about what will be lit: a façade, path, work surface or larger open area needs a different light pattern and placement. Lumens and beam angle help you compare how the luminaires distribute the light.

Light pattern and outdoor placement

The outdoor environment also places demands on the luminaire design. Check IP rating and the product’s intended use, especially where it is exposed to rain, moisture or dirt. Sensors and time control can be practical when the lighting should only be on when needed.

IP rating and control

With the right Outdoor Lighting you can combine orientation, safety and energy-efficient LED lighting. Think through mounting height, direction and control before installation, so it is easier to get an even and useful result. Include the whole installation in the planning – then it is easier to choose the right product and accessories from the start.
